These Terms govern access to and use of artfunny.com and the features offered through ARTFunny. By using the site, a visitor agrees to comply with these Terms and any additional rules clearly presented for a particular feature.

If a visitor does not agree with these Terms, the visitor should not use the site.

ARTFunny is an editorial and interactive project about comedy, humor, history, writing craft, and artificial intelligence. Content is provided for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.

The site does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. A comedy analysis, historical summary, AI explanation, or generated output should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance where professional guidance is appropriate.

ARTFunny aims for accuracy, but material can contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations with which reasonable people disagree.

ARTFunny includes prebuilt machine specimens and live AI-generated jokes, explanations, transformations, and analyses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, culturally insensitive, misleading, or unexpected. It may also produce material that a visitor finds unfunny or objectionable.

Generated output does not establish that an AI system is conscious, has subjective experience, understands humor as a person does, or intends a joke in the human sense. ARTFunny’s central question is exploratory, not a representation that those questions have been settled.

Live AI outputs are labeled in a way that distinguishes them from reviewed editorial content and prebuilt fallback demonstrations. More detail appears in the AI Disclosure.

Live tools allow a visitor to enter a topic, premise, joke, sentence, or other text for generation, transformation, or analysis.

If a visitor uses such a feature, the visitor retains whatever rights the visitor already has in the submitted content. ARTFunny does not claim ownership merely because text is submitted to a tool.

The visitor grants ARTFunny a limited permission to process the submission to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested feature, subject to the Privacy Policy and the service configuration actually implemented. These Terms do not grant a broader license for advertising, publication, model training, or unrelated reuse.

A visitor should not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or identifying information to a general-purpose comedy or analysis tool.

If a submission contains third-party material, the visitor is responsible for having the rights or permissions needed to use that material in the requested way.

ARTFunny’s original site design, editorial text, graphics, data structures, branding, and other original material may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Visitors may read, link to, and make ordinary lawful use of the site. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to copy, republish, scrape, sell, or create competing compilations from substantial portions of ARTFunny content except as allowed by law or separate written permission.

ARTFunny also discusses third-party comedians, historical works, media, techniques, and cultural material. Third-party names and works remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance in commentary or criticism does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

ARTFunny aims to use restrained quotation and original analysis rather than reproducing substantial copyrighted routines or scripts. Visitors should not use site features to request or submit infringing copies of material they do not have the right to use.

ARTFunny may add, remove, suspend, modify, or discontinue features. The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting failures, security events, provider outages, software errors, or other causes.

No promise is made that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. Interactive and AI-assisted features may change as the service is maintained.

ARTFunny may also update content, correct errors, modify datasets, or revise experiment design. A historical or editorial page can be updated when better information becomes available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARTFunny is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every page, experiment, output, or analysis will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, continuously available, or free from error.

Comedy judgments and AI analyses are inherently interpretive. Generated material can be wrong or unexpected. Historical and editorial content can require correction. Visitors remain responsible for how they use information obtained from the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a visitor is responsible for claims, costs, or harm resulting from that visitor’s unlawful misuse of ARTFunny, violation of these Terms, or submission of material that infringes another person’s rights. This provision does not transfer responsibility for ARTFunny’s own conduct to visitors.

Use of ARTFunny is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes contact data, analytics, cookies, hosting logs, live AI submissions, third-party processing, and retention.

Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy refer to the same operational fact, the two documents should be updated together so they do not contradict one another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The site owner approved these Terms on August 22, 2026. They describe the current service and must be revised before accounts, paid services, contests, or other materially different features are introduced.
